Please get rid of notifications!

Every day the app interrupts me with a practice notification. Please allow me to get rid of it and Ill change my rating. It should have a menu in the notification prefs but does not and theres no way to turn it off within the app either. Its a major annoyance.

Also, the interface needs some work. Its not intuitive and the pop-up selectors are a bad choice for getting to the different exercises.

But the content is really good.
