This app took my money and every time I try to open it to use it crashes Want my money back What a waste

After paying roughly five dollars for this app, every time I go to open what I bought it crashes. The Singing success CDs are good but as far as the app I wouldnt know because I cant even use it!

I loved singing success and have the cd set. However I know this app was made to complement the cd set so it should work. I want to use this (Singing Success Inc.) app instead of Voixtek and pay out my nose. It much easier to understand and a better interface. This issue is that this app wont even load on my iPhone 6 v8.2 and this app v1.1. This is why I deleted it a couple of months ago after I updated phones. I came back to it to see what progress was made and nothing has been done. Debug this app please.

I got an iphone6 plus and cant open the application on my phone could you added on iphone6?

Please fix the app. If not, apple should remove it from the app store

The app crashes before opening. Can you debug this?

I get a splash screen and then crash. Every time. Even after phone restart. I have an iPhone 6+, so if it won’t work on it, it won’t work on any… Give me my money back.

I paid for the app and it wont even load. It crashes the second it opens. I should have ready the reviews! I want my money back!!!

This app would be cool if it didnt have a million bugs in it. The vocal range setting doesnt do anything. The keys are all over the place. The tempo adjuster is also out of whack. On one scale, a tempo setting of 50 is super slow but on another its fast. Worse even, I was exercising when my alarm went off on my phone and the sound of the exercise just disappeared. Every other sound such as the demo and instruction worked but I couldnt hear the actual exercise anymore. Had to reboot my phone just to get it to work again only to discover that the exercise I selected looped between 2 chords instead of taking me up and down the scale. I dont know why Singing Success cant produce an app thats not riddled with issues but this update to the previous version is just as unreliable and full of glitches as its predecessor. Luckily it was only $3 but who wants to spend $3 on something that breaks after less than 10 minutes of use?! Leave this app alone. There are plenty other vocal apps out there that are much more solid and reliable. This is trash.

Thanks for resurrecting this app!! I had it 3 or 4 years ago and it was terrible. I have to say its a lot better than what it used to be. Thanks for taking the time to revise the app. You should offer products through your app. I would definitely buy them given the app works perfectly fine with minimal bug issues
